QuestBack AS, established in 2000, is Europe's leading provider of feedback management and online surveys. Through the use of the QuestBack service, our customers collect and process feedback from their stakeholders (eg customers, employees, members, investors). QuestBack allows organisations to improve their business relations through knowledge of their stakeholders, and thus enabling them to make better decisions.

In 2009 QuestBack had a turnover of close to 17 mEUR, (136 MNOK ) which is an increase of 4.3 mEUR from 2008. The company reported an EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation & amortisation) of 5.8 mEUR (47.4 MNOK), which is an increase of more than 40% compared to 2008. The EBITDA margin increased from 33% to 35%. Income before taxes was 5 mEUR, or 40.6 MNOK.

At the end of 2009 QuestBack employed a total of 95 persons in the parent company and fully owned subsidiaries in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. In addition, QuestBack has franchise offices in 13 countries, mainly in Europe, in addition to the United States, Canada and South Africa.

The company is owned by private equity company Reiten Capital Partners LLP and a group of employees.
